MASN represents nursing students in schools throughout Mississippi including associate and baccalaureate degree programs. Through local SNA/SNO programs at each school, every student nurse has the opportunity to get involved to change the world around them. As a member of MASN, you can join other student nursesacross the state in striving toward that common goal.

MASN strives to provide for the highest quality of health care by:

• contributing to nursing education by aiding in the development of the whole person and their professional role as nurses
• working to influence the education process, health care, nursing education and practice through legislative activities as appropriate
• encouraging students to actively participate in community health care projects
